Around 2018, thru 2020; "everyone" was a photographer, 

so I figured why not throw my hat into the ring? and converted our old retail showroom into a photography studio. 

It was partially to spite an ex, and also to prove you could could do more with less, you didn't need fancy equipment or special training; I never even actually called myself a photographer; just an artist, who used a camera as part of the toolkit. 

My "niche" was doing mostly gender bent, horror related stuff, without using photoshop or altering the images with any sort of digital editing. 

I did all of the artistic makeup, costuming and editing. I worked with 97% females, most often "Dani Darko', the prodigy and tent pole model behind Shots Fired, where I put "pretty young ladies in ugly situations" and empowering themes; 

it was always about capturing the beauty beneath the horror, the juxtaposition, and never resorting to or relying on nudity.
